As it was a startup, initially I was excited about my career goals and work environment but off late there is no job security and the company itself has no idea where it's heading towards without any profit. No growth, no job engagement, no work satisfaction, no annual appraisal, not even paid the variable for what we worked and so on. Just to show less expenses, company started laying off employees and almost 60% of employees had already been laid off. Useless and pointless moves.
