There is a lot of politics and management doesn't adress the issue and career growth is very slow .on job training not given to new joinees and some portion of salary given to all employee in cash mode , No EL/CL leaves system available. No any HR policy for worker , employee retention policy not available in system, very casual approach for systematic work.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
