I am glad that I am a part of the Nexval family. Work culture and quality is great. All colleagues I mean seniors and juniors are great. Support from the seniors are incredible. I learned a lot here which right now I am giving back to the company. Work form home facilities helped me during this time. The security for the job is relaxing. I am working here and wants to continue.

This is a US Mortgage company. A part of the team works for Investment Banking. The Clients are based in US they are really helpful, motivating. I'm really happy that I was a part of that team.

Compensation is okay and slow in growth. The work pressure is high at beginning and at the end of the month. The manager was really helpful but once u decide to move on in life (put your papers) they play a lot of mind games and put a frowning face and treat us literally like dog.
