There is so many things to that you don't like in this organisation,manager never get his responsibility well, he also don't care about what happen in his team he just listen his 2 3 people and giving good appraisal to them even they do nothing, slefish and politics, there is no future for hard worker.

Sir, Mr.B.Balaji Rao kindly this type of comments sir this is very old company and genuine lot of farmer also treated venkateshwar hatchery pvt ltd. But employees are not happy because so many employees are working allmost 7 to 15 experience person are her they are getting 16000 net per only promotion are also not giving increment are giving on 3 to 5 % only 8,7,6,grade employees are more struggling but thay are not get good salary s kindly fix some increment persentage and implement to all through Pune headquarters office don't give regional headquarters plz plz plz plz employees are not satisfied this salary you see in society school fee and grocery hospital bill, House rent, electric bill and last but not least and kindly provide children school through our company 6,7,8 grade employees...Read More
