Company is open to adopt new technology Leadership, teammates are awesome, main thing is job highly secured, good sallary and nice environment I love that I'm a part of this company, FDA and EU approved. Colleagues come from different background and we happily work together.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
