Work environment is good in our college and also job security is there. During this lockdown period also they are giving the salaries intime.

Dislikes

Compensation and benefits are not giving properly in our college. Overtime duty is sometimes compulsory, but they are not giving any benefits for this extra time work, instead they deduct in the salary if we take permission for this
