Nothing, this is the worst place in my career life.

Dislikes

Here no safety for female employees. Institution is mostly gender biased. Higher official won't even respect their fellow beings. Management is worst, even if we do complaints about our dispute, they won't even care for that. They won't take any action against the complaints. Salary they won't pay it on time.
