They expect us to do all kind of works starting from parking duty to canteen duty including telecalling. Its hard for people with high self-esteem to survive there. No appraisal

They plan and work only for the benefits of college fame and management. They doesn't consider student's perspective and staff's perspective. They carefully recruit freshers so that they won't leave the institution for a year or two at least inspite of bad work culture. Teaching Staffs are made/forced to take all other roles from office work to tele marketing. From bike parking duty to canteen duty too much. Having masters degree and getting hired in the name of Assistant Professor but doing all other works gets you into so much stress until or unless you are forced to work for money.
