Work culture- Work culture is good. Location - It is 5 mints walk from Railway station.

Dislikes

Promotion & Appraisal- Please don't expect that your knowledge and sincere working will get you any promotion. Here if you are in good books of Managers & Seniors. If you are doing their personal work if you are gossip hound then you can expect appraisal. Salary - This company is not at all a good Payer. There is a lot work press ure but you won't get paid accordingly. You might get hike in the range of 2-3k yearly. Leaves- <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> You work in travel company but you won't be able to plan any vacation with your family and friends</mark>. As there is always a season or off season offers launching. Even if you have ample leaves with you, still you won't be able to utilise the same. Cons: Promotion: Do not expect that your hard work and sincerity will open doors for Promotion or Appraisal. Instead you need to work towards having good relation with your managers and seniors. Do their Personal work. Be a Gossip Hound, be in their good books (in short be their Chamcha) Then their is 100% hope of Appraisal. Sa lary: THIS COMPANY IS NOT AT ALL A GOOD PAYER. In spite of too much work. You can expect to get a hike of 2-4k yearly. Leaves: <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> You work in travel industry but you yourself cannot plan a vacation with you and your family and friends</mark>. You can get 2 leaves per month. Even if you have ample of leaves in your pocket, still you won't be able to avail them as there are always season and off season offers coming up. The Hr will randomly drop a message mentioning that from next week we will be working for Sundays Too.
