In BlueCloud, there is frequent blame game, lack of processes, random assignment of projects and deadlines, basically mismanagement from the top to the bottom. Due to Lack of proper planning, resources and too many projects being allocated all at once, people are on the defensive, resulting in finger pointing. The blame game createslack of geniune concern for the products being built. Solution Architect should avoid double talk, which results in animosity with other team members.
