There is nothing to like in this organization.

First of all don't review the 5 stars. Those are done by management itself. This organization do not have any HR policies, Wedges policies, increment policies, Leave policies. This is actually not an organisation because in this company everyone is feeling stressed because of higer management is very poor. MD's decison will be final. If they want to fire you nobody can save you. There is not even one leave in a year. When you will take leave your salary will be deducted. Even After deducting the salary, you can not take leave because this company has tipical what's app group. In that group you need to send msg for leave and everytime MD will interfere. So my request to not join this company, not even they are paying more then your expectations....Read More

Everything is this company is terrible, management is worst, they dont know value of the employee, there is no leave in year, no increment, they fire employee if something wrong or some minor mistake. They will take you as granted..dont go in this company if they pay 1 lac per month..
