Third class all 3 ladies HR, Third class Owner (rather owner don't have the class). Money saving company no AC, no Fan, toxic culture, too much politics, unsafe for ladies. Owner need to closed the company ASAP.

Planning of Technical reporting manager is very poor.

Work Details

The job is quite intresting. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats & that helped me to get a taste of different roles within same team. Hepled me to learn the team bulding and to be a good team leader.
