I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Food is not bad in Raigarh.

Dislikes

Working hours are too high, night classes, evening classes, etc. They are master in deduction of salary. You get the payment of one day if you work. But if you are absent for one day they deduct one and half day of your salary. They force you to resign by misusing the clause (which is included in your job agreement) that students are not happy with your way of teaching even if your performance is good. The actual reasons can be such as they have found a cheaper alternative or they want a new face so that they don't have to give you yearly increment....Read More
