Job is not at all secured in edu-tech company. Teammates are supportive and encouraging. For time being it's WFH Company policies are worst, but the incentive structure & salary was good.

Dislikes

Company policies are worst. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues properly. Salary is decent but no career growth. Company may remove you at any point of time.

Some of the Team leader don't know work culture. they are fresher aslo how they are selecting I don't knoww,bad name will come to company because of TL only. My humble request to vedantu please select experience TL only .very nice company to work 😘😘😘
