Company has appointed one sales head who doesnt even know how to manage people, motivate people to work. Full politics in office and company only hires people in peak season to get revenue and then fire once season is over( Post July)

No rules are followed, anyone can write any code as per their mindset and leave the company. No standards or practice are followed.

Full of Politics: No one cares about how you work or what you deliver, Team leads also are in favour of politics and listens to those who support them if you are against, you will be separated out and they will start assigning less work and finally fire you in few months complaining about performance issues. No Food Provided: once someone raised point about food in Townhall, board members response was "Kya bhukhe nange sawaal h" and CEO and Co-founders were laughing at this comment. You get to explore the job of different verticals as they make you work for something else and they give you different designations. So make sure you get the clarity on what exactly is the requirement of the job before you take a call on to the same.

The company doesn't have a fair and transparent performance evaluation especially in discussion towards career growth. You will never have clarity why are you not getting promoted or why anyone else in your team is getting promoted.

End of the day they want sales if sales doesn't happen they terminate you immediately.they do not give a chance.

1) unprofessional senior members 2) unethical practices 3) no work off 4) day starts at 9am ends at 10pm 5) Hefty LOP's 6) No Medical policies in practice, it is only on paper. I WAS ASKED TO RESIGN WHEN I WAS TESTED COVID POSITIVE. The HR did not support neither atleast listen to me. 7) The customers that are parents and students are given a trauma even by managers just for a sale.

There nothing best about Vedantu . All we are asked to do is fake promises to our Cx.

Very Negative work culture. Dominating TL’s . Worked till 12 0 Clock in the night. If team performance is weak , all the team members are kept in office till 10:30 pm -11 pm . No job security where initially Hr promise many things but when you’re on the floor there’s tons of T&C which we need to follow and if not you’re forced by Hierarchy to resign .
