Sales head and category lead is one big joker, he exhibits poor leadership skills and constantly fails to inspire and motivates which leads to lack of direction and decrease in morale. He plays favorite among team and treats people in an unethical way. This biased treatment leads to toxic culture, I wish the company realizes this soon and take appropriate action.

1) unprofessional senior members 2) unethical practices 3) no work off 4) day starts at 9am ends at 10pm 5) Hefty LOP's 6) No Medical policies in practice, it is only on paper. I WAS ASKED TO RESIGN WHEN I WAS TESTED COVID POSITIVE. The HR did not support neither atleast listen to me. 7) The customers that are parents and students are given a trauma even by managers just for a sale.
