The management asks about suggestions but of no use. Salary is been given in form of incentive which is not satisfactory.

The job is quite interesting as I come across so many cute little ones. We were been given proper training of how to conduct the demo and also how to take regular classes. Sales team is always on their toes to get the conversion for the teache

1) unprofessional senior members 2) unethical practices 3) no work off 4) day starts at 9am ends at 10pm 5) Hefty LOP's 6) No Medical policies in practice, it is only on paper. I WAS ASKED TO RESIGN WHEN I WAS TESTED COVID POSITIVE. The HR did not support neither atleast listen to me. 7) The customers that are parents and students are given a trauma even by managers just for a sale.
