Poor Work life balance, Lack in fair appraisal,which ultimately affect your growth or promotion in your carrier. Employee do not get Leave as per their req. I.e poor leave management policy. Also You are always expected to work beyond your office hour.

If you are in the maintenance field, it has horrendous work hours, you will recieve calls during sleep time, may even have to come back to plant to solve technical issues in half sleep. Boss tries to suck output from you like a mosquito sucking blood. Vedanta pays well but slowly rips your soul and body apart as you grow. there is nothing that could be liked about only suggestion is join only if you are unemployed and can't do anything of your own.

as I said nothing could be liked about it. No mentorship, no growth opportunity, no work-life balance, no promotion only for higher management you are labour for them. No job satisfaction, no fixed working hrs you would be working in shifts which is pathetic. From 6 in morning to 2 in noon or from 2 in noon to 10 in night and worst 10 in night to 6 in the morning.
