If you are in the maintenance field, it has horrendous work hours, you will recieve calls during sleep time, may even have to come back to plant to solve technical issues in half sleep. Boss tries to suck output from you like a mosquito sucking blood. Vedanta pays well but slowly rips your soul and body apart as you grow. Pay-wise it is good for metallurgy people after B.tech when compare to others. Company has good standards. you will get exposure in overall business Job security is very good till age 40 Best industry for women in-terms of security and care
