1 st company in my career. So its always a special opportunity for career growth.

Dislikes

Work life balance is very bad. Also during performance apprisal time, only favorite people of boss will get good ratings. It doesn’t matter, if you gave your 100 % effort and if you also achieved your kpi. My advice is that don't join this group. Maximum new joinees up to 10 years experience already left this group because of poor culture.
