- Friendly colleagues. - They celebrate all indian festivals (including men's and women's day) at office, they DON'T leave you alone with a holiday.

Attendance policy is worst (worse than a school). Very limited annual public holiday (almost half of what other companies provide). Poor infra for a corporate office (good infra for a familiy office), office location is not good either. There is no pantry at office, neither there is any decent restaurant nearby. They don't spend a single penny other than your CTC. No perks at all. No EPF, unless it's a entry-level position. Even the CTC includes all the random things (like insurance premium, leave encashment etc). No skill development opportunity for the corporate employees. And lot of manual process in each department, which only slows down the work (lethargic)....Read More
