Worst Work Culture Company I have ever worked with. Company owner treats like a slave. Employee are forced to work over weekends. Owner will fire you, if you can't work from office. timeline estimations are terrible. Please be aware before considering this company to join.

Work Culture-> work culture here is good specially for the ones starting their career in IT. There is a good work life balance. Coworkers are really supportive and enriched in knowledge. Work culture is very good here, everyone here is supportive. Growth opportunities vast and learning curve is steap. Benefit, job security and compensations is amazing.

Dislikes

Work life balance is triggered at times and one need to manage our personal life according to the project.

Work life is good, employee need to pre inform about personal events, on working hours are extended most of the time.

Company management is very good. Work culture and career opportunities is good, so overall everything is fine and adaptable.
