Worst company. Never ever join the company. They terminate people just because you didn't work on the public holidays and Saturdays. They punish people like anything. If your delivery is late they make you sit alone and shouldn't talk with anyone. Higher management never show their face. They sit in UK and see your face thru CCTV. It is a jail. No work culture. No ethics.

There is nothing thats worth noting about this company. It was the worst experience I ever had.

Pathetic culture, no one on floor or on management are professionals. There was no vision or clarity on what has to be donw or what the plan is. Its all random instructions and chaos everywhere.

You have to in the office 13-15 hours a day and No extra pay for that. No Job security they'll kick u out any time. They not even give single day leave it will go under LOP

Ready to work 15 hours everyday including Saturday if you stay more than 2 months you'll be working Sunday as well. Hire and fire policy. HR manages the product not the product head or TL. Don't believe in Google reviews everything is fake, HR forced new joinee to give good reviews.

1. They can fire you at any time without any reason. 2. They will force you to stay in office for 12-14 hours 3. They wont give you reliving letter and you will struggle in bgv of new company

The only advantages of the company is that they won't do any tax deduction and only the basic TDS will be deducted

They will deduct PF from you account and will not give you only 3 months they will give you. They will call you at 00:00 AM and force you to come and make you wait till 03:00 AM in the morning and make sure that you are getting treated like a slave and insult you with all the foul words and get you depressed and force you to login at 09:00 AM in the morning. This company doesn't have any architect and only brain less HR team who actually act like bouncers and make sure you are not leaving the office early. according to them if you stay 15 Hrs a day you are working.
