In terms of women’s empowerment its wasn’t good at all office gossip and loss gossip is all over in plant. No support for women harassment when it cames to office gossip.

Organised structure, good policies regarding travel, boarding and lodging. Upper management job is quite good.

Too much power and decision making with the regional and area level management. No work life balance, blame games, safe games, No trainings for new learners. HRBP is very less engaged to employees.

They will promote a lots of values but no value exist. No one listen to people very unprofessional unorganized work environment. Job security is excellent, you wouldn't loose your job unless and until do any wrong practice. interaction between senior and junior is great.
