Its very far from the main indore city. Company has buses running at fixed hours of the day. If you miss them, you’ll struggle reaching the company. The people have a blinkered view of about everything. They think that they work in the best company and under best environment. the whole environment will make you remember your school days. In terms of women’s empowerment its wasn’t good at all office gossip and loss gossip is all over in plant. No support for women harassment when it cames to office gossip.

Organised structure, good policies regarding travel, boarding and lodging. Upper management job is quite good.

Too much power and decision making with the regional and area level management. No work life balance, blame games, safe games, No trainings for new learners. HRBP is very less engaged to employees.

They will promote a lots of values but no value exist. No one listen to people very unprofessional unorganized work environment.
