Joining this organization will make you feel like you have entered North Korea. Every review posted is very true. The workplace is really unhygienic, there are rats and flies in the office and there are no proper chairs to sit on. Management is the worst. There are too many deductions on salary. No employee satisfaction. The common washroom for the employees is not properly maintained, the drinking water facility is also not good, and there are cockroaches near the aqua guard. No proper training is given on joining. Although they are into labor law compliance, they don't provide maternity leaves to the women in their organization, no PF is given.
