Company policy is not good for the people who join without recommendations and for people who are not from local place. There is more partiality for the people who are relatives of management persons.

They don't provide salary ontime. There will be minimum 2months delay. No proper documentation and procedure. When we ask for any documents like salary slips and other stuffs they make delay purposefully
