Well every single person is working for money and everyone is looking for better hike to maintain their life balance, if I speak about salary part its good but not fall under my expectation.

The old employees of the company think that they own the company and does not let a new employee to perform. And when they find out that the new employee is better in his or her work than them they play all kind of politics and get the employee kicked out of the company.
