I was the the Hospitality Manager with them for very very short of time period from 13/08/2024 to 27/08/2024. I really don't have any perfect or suitable words for them.. But complete management either it's Hr Ramdhari Yadav or Operations Head Chandan Kumar Singh or Kamlesh Kumar VP of Operations. Even Housekeeping associate, Housekeeping Supervisor, Housekeeping Site manager, Housekeeping GM, Maintenance each and every single person of this company from the bottom to high level as I have mentioned all are completely unprofessional, Kaamchor, Ghamandi, Nalayak. Whenever I ask to any help they just said manage nahi kar sakte toh Resign kar do... Aur hum sub log bohot poorane hai aur senior bhi jaraa sambhal k baat Kara Karo... Mr Chandan force me to resign because he is not doing anything regarding my concern to operate the site professionally with stands. They all are doing Government jobs there. Even after submitting my complete F & F form, after two months they didn't provide me my complete salary they deduct around 3,4 thousand. I have all proofs with me whatever I am saying, each & evry single words. ☝️...Read More

No one cares about the work quality and outcome. People without any performance have been sitting for years just by lifting bags of the MGT. Typical government approach. It's ok if you want to retire from there not if one wants to work and grow. And sales personnel are always step children. Even during lockdown everyone was in office.
