The company is poised for modernisation and expansion. Team work is good but Individual ability is overshadowed by team. For individual growth SAIL is good for only upto a certain level, after that many other unexpected things take the role.In some units, there is a good work culture and we can see a mini-India with people from different states working together.

Dislikes

Work environment is not so good because there is no transparency after certain level. Experience, skill and knowledge often take back seat.

Bhilai steel plant is a large integrated steel producing plant of the country. The working culture of the plant is good. All are working here as a cohesive team, always ready to accept the chalanges.
