Work Culture is Excellent. Job security is definitely there i.e. the culture is such that you can make several mistakes to learn and grow. The company provides space and time to nurture talent and experience. Company work as team yet you will get opportunity to work independently. Every individual share the same values as that of Company's vision.

I was involved as Structural Design Executive in estimation, structural analysis and design of Pre-Engineered Buildings, Reinforced Concrete and conventional Hot-Rolled Structures. The Job also involved Client meetings and site visits.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
