The basic work for doctors here is data abstraction, for which I had got worlds worst trainer. Good luck for those who wish to join.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Carrier growth is not Same for all inspite of giving best.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was covid lock down during training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to perform top for many projects although I joined as a fresher.

Job security is very confidential. Work culture is very nice. Flexibility of work is provided. Leads & Seniors are very approachable, helpful & grateful. Compensation with permission in urgency is allowed. Overall Vasta Bio Informatics work life is super cool & excellent.

Nothing to like as such only the payment they give for freshers is somewhat satisfied.ĺ

There is no worklife balance. Not appropriate environment to work They just want the work to be done and hardly care about the time you spend to complete it. Seniors literally torcher you and scolds you by taking meets. One can get surely depressed working there. Not good place to work mental and physical health gets ruin. Plz a kind request don't do job there no matter how much in need we are.
