Worked around 1.7 years as Relationship Manager (Sales) but didn't received confirmation and increment into this period. Also referred to one of my friend and he has joined as RM but didn't received Referral amount. Also lot of work pressure. As RM you will have to work from generating the enquiries by customer till Material delivery. Sometimes we have to deliver the material to customer as delivery boy....Read More

My life with Vashi was superb with little bit of tension. But when I left Vashi and joined with other companies then I realised that Vashi was too much better than others. Atleast you get on time Salary, a well organised company structure

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
