Likes

Unlike most of the construction companies, the top management in Vascon is very accessible. People are loaded with responsibilities based on their aptitude to take them.

Dislikes

People new to the company are entrusted with critical responsiblilities even before they have proven themselves in the company and have got accustomed to the organizational working culture. Multiple times this quick recognition has backfired.

Work Details

Always in learning mode. Lots of travel. Multiple responsibilities. Always in touch with top management. Involved in day to day decision making.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
