I worked as a deputy manager from 2017 to 2018 ie one year . It was really terrible experience I faced . There is no professional top management in that company. They will pay 4 months delay salary. Due to land issue They failed to Deliver project on time. Please guys it's my humble personal request that plz don't join vasathi company even in your dream. I had learnt many things because I was the only CRM In that big project and eatablished CRM process at VASATHI AVANTE, was working under too much pressure so learnt a lot as I joined at starting of the project got a chance to learn a lot.

Dislikes

They pay salary after three months interval, do not expect any salary increment or promotion. Bangalore project got delayed vin handover more than 2.5years. There are litigation in that project. Management is so poor that they do pay salary even security towards their employees. Please do not show interest working in this company. Ihad been working in this organisation 3.5years and last 8months was horrible when in comes to handover. Even they didn't pay my last month salary neither my incentive and leave encashment....Read More

a system engineer

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
