HOS is over powered here. Misbehaviour, ego and favourism spoils leadership. Deepak Joshi is one of the third class HOS in the system who calls himself to be passed out of FMS Delhi but seems to completely illiterate being completely psycho and irritating person. He has worked with only two organizations prior to VBL & says he is the only one in VBL who has wide exposure and everyone is LALLU Ram in the VBL. Post his joining attrition rate reached 56%. HOS is over powered who misbehaves, favours and runs his own rule and works like a dictator. Deepak Joshi is one of the worst class HOS who calls him FMS Delhi Passout but seems to be complete illiterate, psycho and irritating person. He even does not know trade offers, MRP, volume and name if his team members. Post him attrition rate reached to 45-50%. Work Life balance, learning and growth agility are completely NIL in the system. Only uneducated and incapable person should join it. HOS and his bosses completely olay bluff game with Varun Jaipuria related to market activities and competition. Work-life balance is worst in here u have to work as per your manager even after your office period 13_14 hrs with no extra pay and also u have to come Sunday. Skill development is limited. Here manager doesn't care your growth except him.

The company culture is poor, with too much politics between manager and staffs . Operators are not following the instructions of the staff. The management and HR department also fail to hold operators decipline. Manager also not supportive to staffs
