People sitting in top management act quite Sketchy all the time as if they own the corporation themself, a lot of times one can be simply asked to leave the company due to personal favour to someone else, no professional ethics at all. I have seen a lot of zero face value person literally making big bucks while on the other hand a genuine hard work smart guy being removed in a very unpleasant unofficial fashion.
