The worst place to work in . Production manager uses curse while talking to you as you’re not from Assam. You’ll not be getting any weekly off because for your manager people of Assam will be his first priority . Very racist work environment . No work life balance as you’re an outsider . You shouldn’t expect any help as your managerwill be rooting against you. All people here in upper management will be trying to make you leave as they don’t want people from other state working here . Best place for a beginner to learn about machines, line equipments, ambiance is helpful, u can learn well if u can do hardwork
