It's been 2 years since I've been working with VBL and both these years I've seen many challenges like lockdown during our peak business season and many more. But I can say that I've enjoyed taking up the challenges and learnt many things about career, market and culture etc. VBL is great place to work specially for those who can take up the challenges and learn to find out solutions by own methods. And when comes to job security I would say it's neither good nor bad. Work culture is very much like an MNC most of the time but sometimes due to business pressure you will feel somewhere that you are working in a Indian company. Management depends under whom you are working. It's kind of person to person varies. My current boss is gem of the person and he understands how to handle and motivate his subordinates. But my previous reporting manager was just different so it's mixed experience. Company policies are very much favorable towards the employees and they take very good care of them....Read More

Well the extra agresive pressure towards business sometimes becomes very hard to manage and work life balance is very much poor of VBL.

It's kind of exciting work life I'm pursuing at VBL. Every day there is new task to be accomplish so the daily routine boredom doesn't occur.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)
