As a fresher you can learn and improve your skills if you get good senior or manager but don't stay here more than 1 year.

Dislikes

Work-life balance is worst in here u have to work as per your manager even after your office period 13_14 hrs with no extra pay and also u have to come Sunday. Skill development is limited. Here manager doesn't care your growth except him.
