I have been working at Varroc Tech Center for last 3.5 year. I learnt lot more at Varroc about Plastic product design. It is good place for learning. Staff is very helpfull and supportive. The wok and life is quite good here. But the one think I wanted to say that salary is very much poor. You will never get the salary you deserve so there is no value for your work no one approciate you of you do the great job. So if you want a balance life the Varroc is definitely a very good place.
