Lots of things that we can learn from this company which can be helpful in our carrier growth. Carrier growth is good after leaving to this company.

Dislikes

Poor salary, less hike, work load is High, work life balance not good.

Tremendous load, complete activities as per priorities, management is not listening the problem of employees, old manegers are very rude to employees.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
