What work we are doing. What is purpose doesn't have. 80-90% business is Bajaj. What bajaj will tell we will do with out questions. If it's wrong manager and management will ask why are you done. No job security any time they can remove you as a name of manpower reduction.

For on campus freshers the salary is good.

Apart from salary everything else is pretty bad. You get put into any departments at any location at random. Doesn't matter your specialization, you'll be put into departments that are not at all relevant to you.
