Varroc is employee oriented company. In R&D varroc has industry experts and working with them is good opportunity for beginners and freshers. There is no limitations for learning if you want you can learn. They always improve there employees in every aspect.

People are coming and going in some dipartments which causes problems in work.

For on campus freshers the salary is good.

Apart from salary everything else is pretty bad. You get put into any departments at any location at random. Doesn't matter your specialization, you'll be put into departments that are not at all relevant to you. On top of that you will be into a completely different department after one year that has no relation with the first one.So now, in your resume, you have one year experience in one field and another year experience in a completely different field and your bachelor's specialization is in a completely different field....Read More
