Overall experience working with Varroc engineering limited is average. Salary cuts during this lockdown is as per guidelines from Bajaj Auto Ltd. Good thing is that they paid almost every employee.

Dislikes

Work burden is on only few people while rest enjoy perks of being relatives of at higher positions. Relations is given priority on skills. Semi skilled workforce are being paid much more than Engineers who works beyond their prescribed working hours ( No compensation for Extra working hours). Transportation facility is not good. Even at this pandemic Bus is fully loaded. Canteen food quality is poor. More focus is given to work as per document rather than as per Logical reasoning. The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
