Varroc is employee oriented company. In R&D varroc has industry experts and working with them is good opportunity for beginners and freshers. There is no limitations for learning if you want you can learn. They always improve there employees in every aspect.

Dislikes

People are coming and going in some dipartments which causes problems in work.

Varroc is a good employer with good work culture. Flexible work hours, on time salary, peer respect. People and management are supportive. Lots of learning across various engineering disciplines. Good interactions with plant and corporate to make experience more rewarding.

Dislikes

Salary and benefits are not at par with industries. Need more projects / order to increase job security. No international exposure for ordinary employees.

It was an incredible experience both personally and professionally, however, there might be various reasons which are everywhere who needs an attention yet improvement. Varroc team spirit, simplicity, excitement for every minute initiatives is great.

Worst work culture with a lot of politics, you will be forced to stay after your working hours weather you have no work, sometime they will force you to work 17 hours continuous. HR and management is worst. There will no work life balance, they try their best that you cant take your weekly complementary offs. 90 days of notice period and if you dont have any jack in management or good oiling, they dont even do no dues, no full and finals and no relieving/ experience letter. Very selfish people. And canteen food is also pathetic and they dont even let you eat peacefully and most of the times food in canteen will be finished and you will be starved....Read More

1. Biased Management: The company culture heavily favours those who fawn over those who perform their job well. Genuine hard work often goes unrecognised unless you are constantly appeasing your manager. 2. Unreasonable Working Hours: Employees are expected to clock long hours, regardless of workload. if there is no work, you are expected to sit at your desk just to fill the time, and also no work from home policy even if you are sick. 3. Lack of Vission at the top: The company is led by individuals who lack necessary education and vision for growth. Their focus seems to be on trivial cost-cutting measures rather than true innovation. 4. Absurd Cost cutting measures: The company's attempts to save costs are laughable and counterproductive. Examples include not providing basic washroom supplies, turning off the AC during working hours, and deducting salaries for not clocking enough hours. 5. Inadequate Leave Policy: only 2 prorated leaves per month with no sick leaves. 6. Hostile HR policies: HR's role is more of framing employees for mistakes rather than fostering a supportive work environment. 7. High Attrition rate: The company's attrition rate exceeded 40%, which speaks volumes about the dissatisfaction of the workforce. 8.
