Likes

Working Culture of Company is very bad as compared to Goodwill in the market. Management system is moderate.Company policy isn't good for lower level empolyee. Company policies only focus top level empolyees.

Dislikes

Management doesn't adress issues of empolyees. Career growth is very slow.

Work Details

I leart multiple roles in the same team. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session.

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
