Likes

Nothing, there was nothing to like. Work culture is not good. They treat employees like student rather than employee. The whole environment feels like boarding school. Management doesn't motivate the teams but put them down and behave rudely.

Dislikes

Everything except I met some good co-workers.

I have been working in IT INDUSTRY for 8 years in the same Company I always thought about stability and a secure job that's the reason. I never tried to switch but now due to family expenses I need to change companies in any conditions.
