Honestly I don't refer my enemy also to join their. Highly toxic environment and horrible work culture is their. Zero level of job security and wherever they want they can make you out from the organization.

They are very much impressive at a time of joining,they make environment friendly for a week after that they show there originality, the worst is no job security other then this a lots of things are there but this is very much critical because a lots of life depends on income holder they don't care about this</mark>. Slave culture only you have to say what they want , negetive comments deleted by them as per boss order, you have to forget that you have a family behind you either you will loose your job. My work life was very worst because they have change 11 times my department in one year...not a single profile not a single job role , no support to learn new thing. They dont respect there employees, they don't talk they shout infront of a to humiliate.
