Not because I am not in job with vareli but to ne honest , I will never recommend any of my enemy to work there .No job security,no work life balance , no development, Even no one allow to say a single word...only buttering required. No protocol nothing works ,a lots of show off inside very critical situation. I take a year took a leave decision.

They are very much impressive at a time of joining,they make environment friendly for a week after that they show there originality, the worst is no job security other then this a lots of things are there but this is very much critical because a lots of life depends on income holder they don't care about this. Slave culture only youhave to say what they want , negetive comments deleted by them as per boss order, you have to forget that you have a family behind you either you will loose your job. Work Details

My work life was very worst because they have change 11 times my department in one year...not a single profile not a single job role , no support to learn new thing. They dont respect there employees, they don't talk they shout infront of a to humiliate.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
